Top Horror Games Performance in Ukraine, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the performance of the top five horror games on the unified platform in Ukraine showcased diverse trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Forest Survival: 99 Days, developed by BrainSoft-Games, experienced a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, starting from just over 1K in early August and peaking at 44.6K by mid-September before stabilizing around 24.9K. Active users also followed an upward trajectory, beginning at 563 and reaching a high of 56K mid-quarter, ending with approximately 37.9K active users.

Granny by DVloper maintained a consistent download rate, fluctuating between 7K and 10K weekly throughout the quarter. Active users showed a similar pattern, with a notable peak at over 103K in late July, before settling to around 83.5K by the end of September.

Monster Studio: Music Beats from Tappy Game saw a decline in downloads, dropping from 22.1K in early July to just over 1K by the end of September. Active users followed suit, decreasing from 36K to 17.7K during the same period.

Escape from Mental Hospital, published by Peaksel Games, had a fluctuating download pattern, starting at nearly 8K and reducing to 2.3K by the quarter’s end. The active user base remained relatively stable, peaking at 22.3K in late August and ending the quarter with about 16.7K.

Lastly, Monster Shooter: Survival FPS by UltraPub showed variable download numbers, starting at 5.1K in early July and decreasing to 4.1K by the end of September. However, active users demonstrated resilience, growing from 75.2K to 84.8K.
